Kate Devlin

Kate Devlin is a senior professor in the Department of Digital Humanities at King's College London. She is "investigating how people engage with and react to technology in order to understand how existing and future technologies will affect us and the society in which we live. Her first job was as an archaeologist, and she later switched to computer science. "Turned On" is a book about sex robots that Devlin has also authored.
