CEO, Nara Logics, who learns and shares on AI, tech, leadership, innovation

Mrs. Eggers graduated from Hendrix College (USA) with a degree in mathematics and computer studies. At the United States' Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, she also studied computer science.

She presently serves as the CEO of Nara Logics, an artificial intelligence business based on neuroscience.

She started her simulation of electron transport in conducting polymers using high-performance computers and artificial intelligence at Los Alamos National Laboratory. After Los Alamos, she pursued a master's degree in computer science before leaving research in 1994 to enter the business world.

Engineering, product management, and business development are constantly combined in her jobs. She has held technical and executive positions in start-up companies that were acquired by big corporations, American Airlines Sabre Group and Intuit, respectively, such as PTCG (supply chain optimization) and Apps.com (online applications). Senior positions at the acquiring corporations resulted from both acquisitions. She also worked at Lycos, a modest start-up that eventually became a dominant force in an internet search. Her career has sent her to Europe twice: first as CEO of sprd.net AG, a German company that developed one of the first mass-customization websites, and once to launch the Sabre Group's European operations for supply chain optimization.

She is a well-known authority in the fields of corporate innovation, software product management, and artificial intelligence.
